Presidential election: Coalition leaders interacting with provincial parliamentarians

KATHMANDU: Leaders of the eight-party coalition are conducting an interaction with provincial assembly members of all seven provinces today (Friday) focusing on the presidential election to be held on March 9.

The eight political in the coalition have supported the senior leader of Nepali Congress Ram Chandra Poudel as the presidential candidate.

The meeting will discuss the presidential election and the expansion and formation of the future central and provincial governments.

The task force formed under the coordination of NC Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka has assigned representatives to communicate with the provincial assembly members in all seven provinces.

NC leader Poudel and Subash Nemwang from CPN-UML are candidates for the presidential election.
