PM Dahal says Presidential candidate will be finalized by Feb 25



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” said discussions were in progress among the political parties to finalize the candidate to the post of President by February 25.

He said this after a meeting with Unified Socialist Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal on Thursday.

PM Dahal and Nepal held a meeting in Singha Durbar today and discussed the consultations among the parties on the selection of the candidate in the context of the election of President.

“Discussions are underway,” PM Dahal said.
