Nepal records no new coronavirus case in 24 hours, active cases 15



KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded no new case of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Sunday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 667 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours.

Out of them, 189 were tested through RT-PCR method and 478 through Antigen method.

Currently, there are 15 active cases in the country as two infected patients recovered in the past 24 hours.

No coronavirus-related death was recorded in the past 24 hours, and the COVID-19 death toll stands at 12,020 to date.
