KATHMANDU: CPN-UML National Assembly member Dr. Bimala Rai Paudel is most likely to be appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The UML, a major partner in the ruling coalition, has got 8 ministries, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to UML’s highly-placed source, Dr. Paudel’s name has been confirmed as the Foreign Minister.
She is a National Assembly member.
