KATHMANDU: A meeting of the high-level political mechanism is taking place today evening.
The meeting has been called following a “lunch meeting” between Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli at the latter’s residence in Balkot on Monday morning.
Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel said that the meeting of the high-level political mechanism, headed by UML Chairman Oli, will be held today at 5 pm.
A meeting was held between Prime Minister Dahal and the high-level political mechanism coordinator, Oli, today.
The meeting is likely to finalize the number of portfolios each coalition partner party will get, among other issues.
Meanwhile, he also hinted at the possibility of the expansion of the cabinet today itself.
