HETAUDA: Nominations are being registered today for the election of Speaker and Deputy Speaker of Bagmati Provincial Assembly.
The time for filing nominations is from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm today, according to the Provincial Assembly Secretariat.
Likewise, the time for withdrawing of nominations is from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm and the final list of candidates will be announced at 4:00 pm.
There are 110 provincial assembly members in Bagmati including 37 from Nepali Congress, 27 from CPN (UML), 21 from CPN (Maoist Center), 13 from Rastriya Prajatantra Party, seven from CPN (Unified Socialist), three from Nepal Majdoor Kisaan Party and two from Hamro Nepali Party.
