PM Dahal and UML Chair discuss CMP, cabinet expansion



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli held a meeting on Friday morning.

In the meeting held at the Prime Minister’s residence at Baluwatar, the two leaders discussed the Common Minimum Program (CMP) of the government, expansion of the cabinet, and other issues, Baluwatar sources said.

A meeting of the ruling coalition held on Thursday formed a high-level mechanism under the coordination of UML Chairman Oli.

The meeting also decided to prepare the CMP of the government within five days.

PM Dahal has been insisting that the Unified Socialist Party led by Madhav Kumar Nepal be included in the government.
