Lalitpur-1: NC’s Udaya Shumsher Rana elected



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) candidate Udaya Shumsher Rana has emerged victorious from Lalitpur Constituency-1.

Poudel garnered 23,892 votes whereas his closest contender, CPN-UML’s Nawaraj Silwal, garnered 19,278 votes.

Silwal was elected to the House of Representatives from Lalitpur-1 in the previous election.
