113-year-old woman casts vote in Tanahun



TANAHUN: An elderly aged 113 years has cast her vote for the members of the House of Representatives (HOR), and Provincial Assembly (PA) elections in Tanahun district.

Gopi Maya Pokhrel, aged 113, cast her vote from Mahadebata Primary School, Sepabagaicha, polling centre of the Bhanu Municipality-5, Tanahun district.

Voting started in the early morning in all 305 polling centres of Tanahun, where 119,000 voters are in the district. There are 142 polling stations in the district.

There is two election consistency for the members of the HoR and four election consistency for the PA members elections.
