EC writes to Rautahat police to forward action against leader Nepal



KATHMANDU: The Election Commission (EC) has written to Nepal Police to take action against CPN United Socialist Party Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal.

EC Deputy Attorney Prakash Ghimire on Thursday dispatched a letter to Rautahat District Police Office, instructing them to initiate action against leader Nepal.

Leader Nepal, in course of speech during election campaigning in Rautahat constituency 1 a few days ago, gave a controversial statement that he would arrange free employment abroad for the youth if he won the election.
