Vehicles barred from entering New Road on four days



KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office has prohibited the entry of vehicles (including passenger, cargo, private, and two-wheelers) in view of traffic congestion in Kathmandu’s New Road area.

The office issued a notice saying that parking arrangements were made in Tundikhel on September 26 (Ghatasthapana), September 30 (Panchami), October 1 (Shasthi) and October 2 (Phulpati), by making diversion from 10 am until the traffic becomes normal in the evening.

Police have requested drivers and vehicle owners to cooperate in traffic management on the specified date and time.
