Nepal Bar stages a sit-in to prevent Rana from entering SC



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Bar Association has staged a sit-in at the gate of the Supreme Court (SC) to prevent suspended Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana from entering the Supreme Court.

General Secretary of the Bar, Anjita Khanal said that they staged a sit-in at the SC gate after Rana said he would come to the SC on Sunday.

“A meeting of the Nepal Bar Association held this morning decided to bar Rana from entering the SC,” Khanal said.
