KATHMANDU: Senior leader of Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (LSP) Rajendra Mahato pointed out that despite successful promulgation of the Constitution and other political achievement in the country the State apparatuses were still failing to establish inclusive representation.

Addressing the meeting of the House of Representatives on Saturday, he said it was a time to review achievements gained so far including people’s rights and identity.

“There should be clarity whether or not the HoR’ performance in a five-year time is like the one felt by the people.”

Progress that occurred for country’s development was not as expected by the people, he maintained.

On citizenship issue, the leader accused the State of refraining from providing citizenship cards to the Nepali people.
