President Bhandari calls former security officials for discussion



KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has called former security officers for discussion.

A former IGP of Nepal Police said that he was invited by the President’s Office to attend the discussion tomorrow (Thursday). He said, “The President said that she wanted to discuss with the former security officers, but I don’t know what to talk about.”

President Bhandari had discussed with people from various fields including former security personnel before returning the Citizenship Bill to Parliament.

The Parliament passed the Citizenship Bill again and sent it to the President for approval.
