Upendra Yadav recommended as election candidate from Saptari constituency-2



RAJBIRAJ: The Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP), Saptari election constituency No. 2 committee has recommended the party Chairperson Upendra Yadav as the candidate in the election to the member of the House of Representatives from the constituency.

The committee was unanimous in recommending Yadav’s name for the party candidate, said Brijaman Tamang, the JSP treasurer and publicity department chief.

Yadav was elected the member of the House of Representatives, the lower house of the Federal Parliament, from the same constituency in the election of 2017.

Similarly, the sitting MP Dr Surya Narayan Yadav and Nawal Kishor Saha’s names have been recommended from Saptari constituency no 1 for the HoR member.

Saha is the party’s central executive committee member, a member of the Province Assembly from Saptari provincial assembly constituency (B) and the Minister for Social Development of the Madhesh province government.
