Cabinet assigns Krishnahari Pushkar as Finance Secretary



KATHMANDU: The government has given the responsibility of secretary of the Finance Ministry to Krishnahari Pushkar.

A source said the Cabinet meeting held on Thursday decided to appoint Pushkar as the Finance Secretary.

Earlier, the meeting of the Council of Ministers had transferred the then Finance Secretary Madhu Marasini to the Prime Minister’s Office and given the responsibility of the Finance Secretary to Pushkar for the time being.

In addition, Rameshwar Dangal has been given the responsibility of Revenue Secretary by the Council of Ministers meeting.
