Ruling coalition’s task force holding meeting today



KATHMANDU: The task force formed by the ruling coalition to allocate seats in the November 20 elections is holding a meeting.

The meeting will be held at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar this afternoon.

The task force held earlier has appointed Nepali Congress leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula as its coordinator.

The task force has three members from NC and two members each from the other four parties – Maoist Center, Unified Socialist, Janata Samajbadi Party, and Janamorcha Nepal.

The task force has been entrusted to allocate seats among the ruling parties in the upcoming elections to the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly on November 20.
