NC leader Koirala catches COVID-19



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Shekhar Koirala has contracted the coronavirus infection.

Koirala, who had been suffering from fever, cough and vomiting since Friday, was confirmed infected with the virus on Saturday afternoon.

His personal secretary Dinesh Thapalia said Koirala was admitted to Grandi Hospital on Saturday morning for treatment.

Leader Koirala recently participated in party programs in various districts of Madhesh Province.
