Bagmati Province Assembly’s tenth session concludes



HETAUDA: The tenth session of the Bagmati Province Assembly has concluded.

Province Chief Yadav Chandra Sharma, on the recommendation of the Province Government, announced the termination of the session beginning from last midnight (12:00 noon).

Province Assembly Secretariat secretary Krishnahari Khadka issued a notice last night to inform about the proroguing the session that endorsed the government’s policies and programs for the current fiscal year (2079-80 BS) and some bills.

The Monday’s sitting of the Province Assembly unanimously passed the bill to amend the Act relating to Decorations Recommendations and Honours and Medals-2076 BS.

However, some bills presented by the government could not be endorsed by the session. (RSS)
