Lawmakers procuring additional 11 vehicles from dev expenses



KATHMANDU: Lawmakers are set to procure as many as 11 vehicles from Rs 65 million allocated for development by the government.

They have already procured five purchased five vehicles for their use. The secretariat of the federal parliament has already forwarded the process for procurement, a report in Naya Patrika said.

“The quotation deadline announced earlier is going to expire on June 16 and the process of selecting companies will start from Monday,” said the Secretariat.

There are a total of 92 vehicles at the federal parliament’s disposal. One month ago, the Secretariat had procured five vehicles at the approval of the  Ministry of Finance.
