CHITWAN: The final rites of the late leader of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) and former education minister Dhaniram Poudel were performed in the district on Friday.
His mortal remains were brought to Mugai rivulet along with funeral cortege from Baghauda Hospital.
He was taken to Madi hospital after the attack but breathed his last on the way.
