Speaker Sapkota issues ruling to government to furnish appropriate replies



KATHMANDU: Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has called the attention of the government to furnish replies on the topics raised by the lawmakers during the zero hour and the special hour in the House of Representatives.

The lawmakers have been expressing their objection from time to time citing the government has not shown its concern on questions they have raised during the zero hour and the special hour.

In the meeting of the Lower House today also the MPs, besides the political topics, drew the government’s attention on contemporary issues including the shortage of school textbooks, fertilizer and disaster-related topics.

The Speaker issued a ruling to the government ministers to furnish appropriate replies to the questions raised by the lawmakers.
