DHADINGBESI: As many as 30 attendees of a Pasni ceremony in Nilakantha Municipality-11, Simle Jyamrung fell sick on Thursday.
More than 30 people who attended the weaning ceremony of Resham Ale’s son suffered illness and 19 among them are said to be in critical condition.
They are being treated at Dhading District Hospital, shared hospital’s public information officer Krishna Lal Uprety. According to Dambar Bahadur Adhikari, Chair of previous Jyamrung VDC, those fallen sick had initially seen diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, fever and low blood pressure. The district hospital has suspected it to be food poison.
