Rs 10.48 billion set aside for Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies

KATHMANDU: The government has allocated Rs 10.48 billion to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies.

Presenting the budget for the next fiscal year 2022/23 AD on Sunday, Finance Minister Janardan Sharma said that foreign investment and investment of non-resident Nepalis would be attracted to manufacturing and export-oriented industries.

He said that Rs 3.79 billion has been allocated for the construction of industrial infrastructure.
