KARNALI: Karnali Province Chief Tilak Pariyar has certified the Bill relating to amending the Karnali Province Financial Procedures Act, 2074 BS.
The third meeting of the tenth session of the Karnali Provincial Assembly had passed the Bill to amend the Karnali Provincial Financial Procedure Act, 2074 BS before it was presented to the Province Chief for certification. The Bill takes the form of an Act or law after it is formally certified by the Province Chief.
The bill was introduced after Chief Pariyar certified it in accordance with Article 201 (2) of the Constitution, said the Acting Secretary of the Karnali province chief’s office, Surkhet, Bhim Raj Thani. This is 38th Bill certified in Karnali province so far.
