KATHMANDU: French Embassy’s Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) Leela Devaradjalou has called on Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) General Prabhuram Sharma at Nepali Army Headquarters on Tuesday.
The meeting held at the office of CoAS Sharma was also attended non-resident French military attaché and deputy attachés.
During the visit, the French delegation met with Director of Directorate of Public Relations and Information Brigadier General Sagar Bahadur Thapa and Director of Directorate of Disaster Management Brigadier General Yam Prasad Dhakal. The French delegation also visit Paramilitary Training School in Maharajgunj.
The Nepali Army is confident that such meetings would further deepen the ties between the two countries and help in enhancing the existing capacity between the armies of the two countries.
