RPP’s mayoral candidate Napit leading in Shankharapur, Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has taken the lead in Shankharapur Municipality of Kathmandu.

Ramesh Napit of RPP has taken the lead in Shankharapur after counting 11,058 votes till Monday afternoon. He has received 2,424 votes.

CPN-UML candidate Krishnalal Bajagain has got 2,408 votes.

Likewise, Maoist Center’s candidate Madhu KC has got 1,863 votes.

Similarly, Nepali Congress candidate Samita Shrestha has taken the lead in the post of deputy mayor.

Chandika Chaulagai of the Maoist Center is in second place with 1801 votes.
