Bharatpur Update: UML’s Vijay Subedi leads with 66 votes, Renu Dahal chasing with 51

Independent candidate Jagannath Poudel has received only 13 votes so far



Kathmandu: The latest results of the vote count of Bharatpur Metropolitan City has shown CPN-UML candidate Vijay Subedi in the lead so far.

Out of 150 votes counted so far, Subedi got 66 votes followed by CPN-Maoist Center’s Renu Dahal 51.

Dahal, who is the previous mayor, has been contesting as the ruling alliance candidate. Similarly, UML has formed an alliance with Kamal Thapa’s Rastriya Prajatantra Party.

Another popular independent candidate Jagannath Poudel has received only 13 votes so far.
