CHITWAN: Maoist Center Chairman and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that victory and defeat is a natural process in an election.
He said this while talking to reporters after casting his vote from Nepal Police School Shantipur at Bharatpur Metropolitan City-14 on Friday morning.
Prachanda appealed to the voters to cast their votes freely with confidence in a fearless environment.
“The local level is the foundation of people’s trust, prosperity, peace and stability,” said Prachanda.
“Winning and losing should be considered natural in the electoral process,” he said.
