Ruling coalition’s election rally underway in Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: An election rally organized by the five party ruling coalition has started in Kathmandu.

According to sources, the top leaders of the ruling coalition including the Prime Minister and Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and CPN-Unified Socialist Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal are addressing the election rally held at Ratna Park in Kathmandu.

Along with the top leaders, the influencing leaders including NC General Secretary Gagan Thapa and Prakash Man Singh among many others will address the election-focused program.

Mayoral candidate of Kathmandu metropolis Sirjana Singh and other mayoral and deputy mayoral candidates of Kathmandu valley are participating in the program.
