PM Deuba to address election rally in Biratnagar today

KATHMANDU:  Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is leaving for Biratnagar to address an election rally today.

A massive election rally is being organized in Biratnagar where Nagesh Koirala has been fielded as the mayor of the metropolis by the NC.

Deuba, who is also the President of the NC, will be accompanied by senior leader Ram Chandra Paudel and General Secretary Bishwa Prakash Sharma, sources have said.

The NC has started a week-long nationwide election campaign.

The party has planned to hold election campaigns in 10 major cities across the country targeting the May 13 local-level elections.
