Former Minister of State Dimpal Jha passes away



KATHMANDU: Former Minister of State and Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (LSP) state assembly member Dimpal Kumari Jha has passed away.

LSP leader Surendra Kumar Jha informed that she died in Kathmandu last night while undergoing treatment for cancer.

She had been suffering from cancer for the past two years.

She was also a member of the Constituent Assembly and had become the Minister of State for Physical Infrastructure in the Madhes state government.

Dimple is also the wife of LSP leader Anil Jha.
