Govt draws China’s attention towards frail national economy due to closure of Nepal-China border

KATHMANDU: The Government of Nepal has drawn the attention of the Government of China towards the devastating impact on the Nepali economy due to non-operational Nepal-China border points.

Foreign Minister Dr. Narayan Khadka told Khabarhub that the concern was conveyed to his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi during the bilateral meeting held Saturday.

During the talks, the concerned officials of the two countries also signed nine agreements on enhancing mutual cooperation.
