PHC calls for complaint against proposed  apex court Judge Shrestha



KATHMANDU: The Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC) has called for filing a complaint against the proposed Supreme Court Judge Til Prasad Shrestha.

A meeting of the PHC held at Singha Durbar on Monday called for the registration of a complaint against Shrestha within 10 days. Shrestha executed his duty as the Chief  of Biratnagar High Court of late.

Speaking at the meeting, PHC Chairman Laxman Lal Karna said that the committee decided to issue 10 days notice as per the procedure of the parliamentary hearing. The hearing will be continued after ten days only.
