NESDO Laghubitta distributing IPO today

2.5 mln to go empty-handed



KATHMANDU: NESDO Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is distributing initial public offerings (IPO) today.

Over 2,600,000 subscribers had applied for the primary shares of the company.

Only 77,000 subscribers will get the shares. The remaining 2,500,000 will go empty-handed.

A total of 828,750 units of primary shares worth Rs 82,875,000 had been issued on  February 23.

Of them, 41,437 units of shares (5%) have been allocated for collective investment fund, 12,750 units of shares for the staffers of the company and the remaining 774563 units of shares have been put aside for general public, the company said.

Global IME Capital Limited, the issue manager, is distributing the IPO through lottery today.
