High level visit from abroad soon: Foreign Minister Khadka



KATHMANDU: Foreign Minister Dr. Narayan Khadka has said that high level visits from foreign countries are about to take place in Nepal soon.

Speaking at a press conference held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday, Minister Khadka said that a high-level visit was about to take place.

However, he did not reveal the name of the foreign dignitaries he was talking about. Minister Khadka also claimed that the attitude towards Nepal has changed positively after the formation of the current government.

He recalled that US President Joe Biden had given included Nepal’s Prime Minister in the US hosted leaders’ summit.

Minister Khadka also claimed that Nepal’s presence in the United Nations is getting stronger.

Shedding light on government’s effort to  address the problems of Nepalis in Ukraine, he said that 533 Nepalis were safely repatriated from Ukraine to other countries.
