Sudurpaschim Province chief Joshi wants civil servants to perform impartially



KATHMANDU: Chief of Sudurpaschim Province Dev Raj Joshi has directed civil servants to serve citizens impartially.

Referring to the trend of government employees having been influenced by political pressure in the past in discharging their duty, he asked them to raise beyond political influences.

Joshi who is on a visit to his home district, Bajura, made this statement at a welcome program organized in Martadi today by the government employees’ reunion center.

He said that civil servants had played an important role in implementing policies and programs of the government while underscoring the need for implementing policies, regulations, acts and laws made by the government of all three levels—federal, province and local.
