Business Advisory Committee meeting underway in New Baneshwor

KATHMANDU: The meeting of the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of the House of Representatives is underway in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu.

According to Shreedhar Neupane, press advisor of Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota, Speaker Sapkota presided over the meeting, which is being held at Shankar Hall, Federal Parliament Building, New Baneshwor.

Speaker Sapkota convened the BAC meeting today to decide whether to table the US grant project Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) in today’s session in the parliament.

However, the main opposition CPN-UML did not participate in the meeting.

Today’s parliament session is scheduled for 1 pm.
