Government recommends 39 names for Deputy Secretaries



KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration has recommended the promotion of 39 section officers to the post of Deputy Secretaries.

A meeting of the promotion committee has recommended 39 names for promotion on the basis of efficiency, including 15 from audit, 2 from statistics, 8 from engineering (general) and 14 from engineering (highway).

The audit team consists of Kedar Prasad Khakurel, Agambabu Puri, Durga Prasad Panthi, Tikanath Aryal, Toynarayan Poudel, Chandra Prakash Regmi, Santosh Sharma Sapkota, Bishnu Prasad Poudyal, Kalpana Ghimire, Yamnath Khanal, Dhruba Neupane, Jabindra Prasad Bhandari, Govind Prasad Dhamla, Shyamprasad Gautam and Hiramani Niraula Badhawa.

Kamal Poudel and Binod Acharya have also been recommended for promotion.

Likewise, Shobha Shrestha, Navin Shrestha, Punyaram Sulu, Smita Sharma, Sachindra Kumar Yadav, Ravichandra Panjiar, Maheshwari Khadka and Tanka Prasad Khanal have also been recommended for the post.

Others include Shobha Giri, Bandana Acharya, Madhav Prasad Adhikari, Mukunda Prasad Lamichhane, Amindra Khadka, Prakash Poudel, Shashank Mishra, Rajesh Kumar Yadav, Chhavilal Poudal, Rajiv Shrestha, Kamal Kumar Sah, Lila Bahadur Bhandari, Nawaraj Bastola and Keshav Prasad Ojha.
