KATHMANDU: Chhyangdi Hydropower Ltd has issued rights shares from today.
The company has issued 893,025 rights shares worth Rs 89,302,500 in the ratio of 10:3 lots. The company had closed the book for the issuance of rights shares on January 5.
Global IME Capital Ltd has been appointed as the issue manger.
The company’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 386,977,500 following the issuance of the rights shares.
