Himani Shah entertains grand welcome in US



KATHMANDU: Nepalis living in the United States of America have given former Crown Princess Himani Shah a warm welcome. She arrived at Dallas International Airport in the DC Metropolitan area on Tuesday.

Shah is in US to take part in the grand opening ceremony of Himani Trust USA.

The trust officials along with lots of people living in US greeted her with  bouquet of flowers.

Among those who arrived at the airport were Chairman of the  Himani Trust Hari Sharma, General Secretary Anandu Lama, Social activist Anil Pandey, Arun Rupakheti, Central Member of the Trust Mohan Niraula, and popular news anchor Rama Singh.

Organizing a press conference on January 17, Himani Trust had informed that Shah would be US for about two weeks.

Along with the inauguration of  US Chapter of Himani Trust, the former Crown Princess is scheduled to meet the Nepali community in US during her visit.

Himani Trust USA is a non-profit social organization officially registered with the US government.
