SURKHET: Acting Chief Administrative Officer of Jajarkot Bheri Municipality Dal Bahadur Gharti, President of Nepali Congress Bheri Municipality Shashi Budha and other ward chairpersons have been arrested by the police Sunday morning while gambling.
They were arrested from a house while gambling in Gairakhali in the district headquarters.
Police also recovered two lakh rupees from them.
