4.6-magnitude quake jolts Far-west Nepal

BAITADI: A tremor has been felt in the hilly districts including Baitadi of Sudurpashchim Province of Nepal.

According to Rajesh Sharma, the technical assistant at Seismological Center, Surkhet, a 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck at 12:53 am today.

The epicenter of the earthquake has been located at Khada in the Indian State of Uttarakhanda.

The damage caused by the quake has not yet been reported, said police.
