Asian Central Zone Volleyball Challenge Cup: Nepal taking on Kirgizstan today



DHAKA: Nepali Women Volleyball team is facing Kirgizstan under the Asian Senior Central Zone Men’s and Women’s Volleyball Challenge Cup underway in Bangladesh today.

The match between Nepal and Kirgizstan will start at 11:14 am.

Nepal has already reached the final with four consecutive wins. Nepal reached the final by defeating Uzbekistan by 3-0 sets on Sunday.

Earlier, it had defeated Sri Lanka by 3-2 sets.

Nepal had defeated Maldives 3-0 in the second match and routed Bangladesh in the third match by 3-0 sets.

Five countries are competing in tournament under the men’s category and six nations are taking part in the contest under women’s category.

To be played in the round robin format, two top teams will compete in the final.

Similarly, third and fourth team will complete for the third position.
