Dabur Nepal donates Rs 2.5 million worth of medical equipment to Bir Hospital



KATHMANDU: With a view to aid the development of Nepal’s health infrastructure as well as to help Bir Hospital- NAMS in bolstering their overall medical facilities, Dabur Nepal as a part of its CSR initiative donated Rs 2.5 million worth of medical equipment’s for critical care.

The donation was handed over by Ishori Rana, Chairperson & MD-Dabur Nepal & H.S. Bedi, Business Head-Nepal and Myanmar over a ceremony held in the premises of Bir Hospital, Kathmandu.

The cheque was handed over to the Director of Bir Hospital-NAMS Prof Dr. Bhupendra Kumar Basnet and in the presence of Dr. Anupama Karki & Prof Dr. Manen P.Gorkhaly.

During the program, Dabur Spokesperson said, “Bir Hospital is one of the prestigious and leading Government hospitals of Nepal that has been at the forefront of providing health care services to the citizens of the country and in the backdrop of the global pandemic it was only apt that we support them in our own small way in their endeavor to provide critical health care services to the nation”.
