NC Gen Convention: Vote counting for women open category underway



KATHMANDU:  The vote counting for women under open category of the 14 General Convention of the Nepali Congress has started at the central party office in Sanepa.

The vote count which was stalled at 10 am yesterday has resumed from 9 am.

The vote counting for women Central Working Committee (CWC) members started immediately after the vote counting for men open category was concluded yesterday.

As many as 30 candidates are vying for nine posts of CWC members under women open category.  Prior to this, 35 CWC members were elected under men open category from 99 aspirants yesterday.
