Former RPP Chair Thapa warns newly elected Lingden, ‘You might be next victim of ex-royals’

Writing a letter to Chairman Lingden on Monday, Thapa remarked that RPP’s agenda of constitutional monarchy needs reconsideration for the ex-royals have started unduly interfering in the party politics.

“When the whole country advocated for a republic, the main person carrying the agenda of the monarchy wearing a coffin on his head is not safe, how can anyone else be safe?” he stated, warning, ” You might soon fall prey to this tendency.”
