I may be removed from PM if I lose election, says PM Deuba



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) President and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that he needs to win the party presidency anyway.

Addressing a program in Kathmandu on Sunday, PM Deuba said that he needed to win the party president, and asked for votes from the party cadres.

“If I lose, I will be removed from the post of prime minister,” he added.

Expressing concern that he could be removed from the government if he lost the presidency, Deuba said, “Give me victory.”
