Lingden’s victory as RPP Chair, a message to transfer power to new generation: NC Veep Nidhi



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress Vice President Bimalendra Nidhi has welcomed Rajendra Lingden’s victory to Rastriya Prajatantra Party’s (RPP) chair as the beginning of the process of generational transfer in Nepali politics.

Giving congratulatory message to RPP Chairman Lingden on Sunday, Nidhi lauded Lingden’s victory as a message to all political parties as well.

“RPP’s General Convention result has given the message that the process of handing over the new leadership to the new generation has started in Nepali politics,” he said.

NC Vice President Nidhi also expressed confidence that RPP would assist in the successful implementation of the federal democratic republican state system and constitution under the leadership of Lingden.
