Ambassadors of four countries present Letter of Credence to President



KATHMANDU: Newly-appointed ambassadors of Brazil, Italy, Malta and South Africa to Nepal have presented their Letters of Credence to President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Friday.

Ambassadors Carlos Alberto Michaelsen Den Hartog of Brazil, Vincenzo De Luca of Italy, Reuben Gauci of Malta and Joel Sibusiso Ndebele of South Africa presented their credentials to the President at a special ceremony held at the President House, Shital Niwas this afternoon.

Ambassador Hartog is the resident ambassador while ambassadors Luca, Gauci and Ndebele are the non-resident ambassadors. Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Narayan Khadka, Chief of Army Staff Prabhuram Sharma and high-ranking officials of the Office of the President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were present on the occasion.
